How long will it take to receive my order?
All our U.S.A. orders are shipped USPS.
This shipping method takes about 4 to 7 business days.
Of course, if you would like to receive your order sooner, you can request a faster shipping method.
All international orders are shipped US Mail. Shipping rates vary for different countries.

Can I get my purchase repaired if it breaks?
You can definitely get anything purchased from us repaired.
The procedure for getting any of our products repaired is as follows;
1. Contact us to get a Return Authorization number.
2. Ship back to us the product (all of the parts that haven't been lost) with the Return Authorization
number clearly visible on the shipping label or outside of package.
3. After we receive the product, we will determine the cost of repairs, and contact you.
Contact us if you need to.


Can I return my purchase for a refund?

Our artists are extremely sensitive.
They are very offended when a piece they have created is returned because someone didn't like it.
When you buy an item from us, you are investing in a work of art.
Choose your art carefully, and please consider our artists feelings before making a purchase.
They are important people and very necessary.
However.
If you are not satisfied, do not hesitate to return any product within 14 days for a full refund.
We never charge a restocking fee.
The procedure for returning any product is as follows;
1. Contact us to get a Return Authorization number.
2. Ship back to us the product with the Return Authorization
number clearly visible on the shipping label.
3. After we receive the product, we will refund the original price.
