Shikon No Tama Necklace

The Shikon No Tama or Jewel of Four Souls Necklace is inspired from the manga comic and anime series Inu yasha.
In legend, the Shikon No Tama is a powerful sacred jewel which contains the soul of an ancient warrior Midoriko and many souls of youkai.
Possessing even a kakera (small fragment or shard) of this jewel will increase any persons natural strength drastically whether they be good or evil.
Inu-Yasha wants to use the Shikon Jewel to change from a hanyou (half-demon) to either a ningen (human), or a full youkai (demon).
To recreate the legend, we chose a beautiful 1" / 25mm rose quartz sphere (which is the size of a small semi-precious crystal ball) as the Shikon Jewel.
Surrounding the Shikon No Toma are 40 diamond shaped rose quartz vibrational pieces.
We now have 3 different variations of Shikon no Tama necklaces.
One version is on black silk thread, the other is on white silk thread, and the third has sterling silver beads.
All 3 necklaces are strung on strong 3 strand braided 100% natural silk thread.
Each necklace is hand-crafted and unique just like the Shikon No Tama that inspired this creation.
We strongly suggest using this necklace for good rather than evil.

In legend, the Shikon No Tama is a powerful sacred jewel which contains the soul of an ancient warrior Midoriko and many souls of youkai.
The dark miko Tsubaki works her houriki on the Shikon no Tama turning it black.
Mercenaries known as the Band of Seven all have dark Shikon no Tama fragments within their bodies.
Naraku also likes turning the Shikon no Tama dark sometimes.
We feel this is how the Dark Shikon no Tama Necklace would have looked.

It would be very difficult, and stressful for our sacred jewel makers to seal good and evil within the chaos using courage, knowledge, friendship, and love to make each sacred jewel.
Instead, our Dark Shikon no Tama Necklace is made using a 1" / 25mm black onyx sphere, which is the size of a small semiprecious crystal ball, as the sacred jewel.
Diamond shaped black onyx pieces surround the Dark Shikon no Tama separated by sterling silver beads all of which are strung on strong 3 strand 100% natural silk thread.

Kagome's Jar of Sacred Jewel Shards
 ( Jar full of Shikon No Tama shards / fragments )



This corked glass bottle / jar is identical to the jar Kagome uses while on her adventures with Inu Yasha.
The stone flowers used to fill each jar are rose quartz vibrational pieces.
The amount of Shikon shards in each jar vary being that each sacred jewel fragment varies in size.
The amount of houriki (Buddhist magicks) present in each shard depends on the user.
Kagome keeps a jar / bottle that she stores the jewel shards her group gathers from the feudal era.
Kagome's sacred jewel fragments allow her to use the Bone Eaters Well to pass from her time to the Inuyasha's time.
We don't recommend jumping down any wells with these shards.

This kotodama no nenju necklace was inspired by the manga and anime series Inu yasha.
Inu-Yasha's nenju necklace, which was "given to him" by the miko Kaede, is one of the more distinctive objects associated with that character (except for maybe his red kimono made of Hi-Nezumi - fire rat, or the sword Tetsusaiga ).
Only all natural materials would due for this creation to make it authentic.
After watching many hours of Inuyasha, our artists chose black onyx as the best choice for Inuyasha's mala beads, and buffalo bone or white quartz for the magatama beads.

Black onyx is associated with the supernatural in many cultures including ancient Japan.
Black onyx is formed by silicon dioxide deposited in gas cavities of lava.
Being that Japan has many volcanoes, black onyx could be found around Kaede's village, and could easily be formed into the beads necessary to restrain a hanyou dog.
Also, black onyx is very reflective, and will appear as dark purple when worn on a red kimono in bright sunlight, or black in normal lighting conditions just like Inuyasha's nenju.

Magatama beads represent: the yin-yang, a growing / sprouting seed, a human sperm cell, an embryo, they are part of the Japanese imperial regalia, and are the jewels worn by the sun goddess Amaterasu no Okami in Japanese mysticism. Many shinto shrines have magatama beads inside. If you wear magatama you gain the protection of kami, which are good spirits.
We offer a choice of either buffalo bone, or white quartz magatama beads being that both bone, and quartz could be found in or around Kaede's village.

Forty-nine large 10mm black onyx beads have been strung on strong 3 strand silk thread (authentic nenju rosaries use silk thread) separated by a choice of either genuine hand carved water buffalo bone tusks (resemble canine teeth) or white quartz claws / fangs.
The kotodama no nenju necklace worn by Inuyasha has an incantation or spell put on it so that when the word Osuwari, which means sit in Japanese, is spoken by Kagome he does just that - he sits.
We feel our customers wouldn't like to be violently flung to the ground when the word sit is spoken out loud, and so we have not included that feature.

Miroku 's Kazaana Wind Tunnel Rosary
( Nenju, Juzu, Japmala, or Mala inspired by the deviant monk Miroku 's rosary from Inuyasha )
This hand-crafted Buddhist rosary was inspired by the mala (also called nenju, juzu, japmala, or prayer beads) used by the amorous monk Miroku from the manga comic and anime series Inu-Yasha.
Miroku wears his rosary as a bracelet.
We use the same authentic materials that have been used since ancient times, which means 100% all natural materials.
One hundred and eight blue quartz beads are strong on 3 braided 100% silk strands connected at a larger 12mm Guru bead (also called Buddha bead).
There are four 8mm marker beads at the 7th and 14th beads from the Guru bead representing the Shitenno (Guardians of the Four Directions, Protectors of Buddhist Law, and Protectors of Human Kind).
Hanging from the Guru bead are two counters with 10 beads on each. Ten smaller 4mm beads are on the counters.

Tokajin Gourd Bottle / Special Restorative Gourd Canteen


This is a genuine natural gourd that resembles the gourd bottles used by some of the characters from Inuyasha.

During Inuyasha's, and his friend's fateful night in Togenkyo, they encounter Tokajin the Sage.
Tokajin uses an enchanted gourd bottle that looks almost identical to the gourd pictured here (no two gourds look exactly alike) to shrink and capture people who possess spiritual power.
Tokajin wants to feed these people that he stores temporarily inside his gourd bottle to a tree called Ninmenka that grows human faced fruit.
There is no danger of shrinking, or getting trapped inside these gourds.

Kagome is given a gourd bottle by a villager filled with a special restorative while they are traveling through an unexpected blizzard.
Most likely this special restorative is a type of saki.
Alcohol has always been used throughout the world for warming people when they are cold.
Also, Kagome explodes the gourd into flames on top of the snow/cold cat demon in order to defeat that adversary.
Alcohol of a high enough proof is flammable.
There isn't any drinking age for special restoratives in ancient Japan.
Please remember the drinking age for special restoratives is 21 in the USA.

WARNING!
Don't store anything liquid inside these gourds.
We have not treated the inside of these gourds with the natural preservatives necessary for containing liquid (the price would become much more expensive).
If you store liquid within these gourds they will rot.
If you drink liquid that has been stored in these gourds, you will almost definitely become ill - even if the liquid is a special restorative.

Senzu beans are very powerful beans from DragonBall, DragonballZ (DBZ), and Dragonball-GT.
One senzu bean is able to feed a person for 10 days.
Although senzu beans are able to cure injuries, they are unable to cure diseases.
Senzu Beans are only grown by Korin (also called Karin) in his tower Karinto.
They are delivered by Yajirobe.
Senzu plants are very difficult to grow.
Korin usually is only able to grow between 5 to 10 beans per harvest.
This burlap bag has been filled with 10 senzu beans because that is the most Korin has given Yajirobe to deliver to any of the DragonBall-Z Martial Arts Masters.

It's actually spelled claddagh, and it's an ancient Celtic / Irish ring.
